Supply chain responsibility and compliance commitment

To maintain supply chain transparency and compliance, PAT requires all supplier partners to fully understand and strictly adhere to the standard operating procedures specified by our customers. Additionally, they must ensure that business operations comply with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) guidelines, including:

  • Labor Rights Protection:Ensure fair employment, respect human rights, and eliminate forced labor and child labor.
  • Occupational Safety and Environmental Protection:Implement safe production practices, minimize environmental impact, and ensure sustainable development.
  • Business Ethics and Integrity:Prohibit all forms of corruption, bribery, and unfair competition.

PAT Technology will continue to strengthen its supply chain management mechanisms and ensure supplier compliance with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) guidelines through reviews and audits. Together, we strive to promote corporate social responsibility, achieve sustainable operations, and create long-term value.

Conflict Minerals Management

PAT Technology strictly follows the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) guidelines and is committed to responsible sourcing and production. We ensure that all necessary metals used in our production are not directly or indirectly sourced from conflict regions or illegal mining activities. At the same time, we require all suppliers to conduct supply chain investigations to ensure that their sources do not involve conflict minerals.

Regarding conflict minerals, PAT Technology conducts due diligence on key materials such as gold, tantalum, tungsten, tin, cobalt, and mica. If necessary, we will require suppliers to provide mineral source investigation reports and relevant information to ensure supply chain compliance and responsible business operations.
